We regret to inform you that our founder and wagonmaster Barry Monkman passed away on March 25, 2011 while leading our last caravan home safely.
An amazing man who, over the years, showed so many people the beauty of the Baja peninsula; he will be dearly missed.
"It is with deep sadness and regret that Baja and Back will no longer be in operation
and will be taking no future tours down the Baja Peninsula. I know that we will be sorely
missed by all our wonderful friends and suppliers who have been such a large part of
our lives for nine years - Via Condios mi Amigos!"
