Terms & Conditions: (the fine print) BCS INTERNATIONAL CORP. a Panamanian registered Limited Company, dba/ BAJA AND BACK! RV CARAVAN TOURS, offers tour guiding services under the following conditions: Tour deposit reserves a space. Standbys valid only with deposit. Discounts honored only at time of reservation with full payment. All tours require a $400 deposit per RV. The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to departure. Upon receipt of your deposit or payment in full, we will send you a receipt of payment and confirmation. Pertinent information required for your trip, and a questionnaire regarding specific needs and requests, will also be sent. CANCELLATION POLICY We have one of the most liberal & straight forward cancellation policies in the business: Cancellation by You, the customer, for ANY reason, received, in writing, 60 (sixty) days or more prior to the scheduled meeting date, any money you have paid will be TOTALLY refunded, NO QUESTIONS ASKED! Cancellation in writing in less than 60 days for a bona fide medical reason must be accompanied by a physician's statement verifying inability to travel. Cancellation in writing in less than 60 days for a bona fide mechanical reason must be supported by a repair bill or estimate showing that the vehicle will be inoperable during the tour time. Cancellation in writing in less than 60 days as a result of a death in the immediate family should include a physician or hospital statement or newspaper obituary. No refund or credit will be given after the caravan begins unless you are unable to continue due to documented serious mechanical or medical problems. You will then receive a pro-rata refund less any non-refundable pre-paid deposits made on your behalf. If you leave the group to travel or stay on your own and do not join the group again, no fees are refundable. RESPONSIBILITY OF BCS INTERNATIONAL CORP.: It is understood that BCS INTERNATIONAL CORP.'s function is to organize and guide the tour. It is agreed that all persons going on said trip are doing so entirely upon their own initiative, risk and responsibility, and have complete and unrestricted control over their actions and own vehicle(s). THEREFORE, since BCS INTERNATIONAL CORP.'s only function is to organize and guide the tour, whoever is going on said trip agrees to assume all risks of accident or damages to themselves or their property, and hereby releases and agrees to indemnify BCS INTERNATIONAL CORP., and its agents or employees, from all liability, loss or damage claim, or punitive course of action, whether or not caused by BCS INTERNATIONAL CORP.'s action, its agents, or employees. Tours are to be utilized at the time scheduled and in the manner scheduled. We reserve the right to cancel or alter any tour, as conditions may require. Any changes are made in the best interest of the members participating, or as a result of circumstances beyond our control. BCS INTERNATIONAL CORP. acts only as an agent for other transportation companies, sightseeing contractors and other principals included in the itinerary, and is not a principal or operator for the subject services. We reserve the right to cancel or alter any itinerary, as conditions require. Changes may involve sightseeing events, shows, campgrounds, and/or meals. We reserve the right to substitute shows, performances and tours when scheduled events are not available. BCS INTERNATIONAL CORP. reserves the right to cancel any scheduled tour prior to departure. In that event, all deposits and payments will be refunded in full. BCS INTERNATIONAL CORP.'s tour leaders, representatives or agents are not responsible for any expense due to delays caused by weather, mechanical problems or other circumstances beyond our control. TOUR MEMBER RESPONSIBILITY: Tour members are responsible for their personal behavior, actions, driving infractions, insurance, mechanical maintenance of their vehicle, and group cooperation. BCS INTERNATIONAL CORP. tour leaders reserve the right to eject from the tour, without refund, any member of the tour, if his or her conduct is, in the opinion of a clear majority of the other members, contrary to the best interest of the tour, or if their actions or behaviours legally or morally jeopardize the group. Any tour member, who does not show up, deviates from, or leaves the group early for any reason other than the allowed exclusions above, is not entitled to any refund of fees paid, but have the option to rejoin the same or subsequent tour without penalty. Tour members grant full permission to any and all use of his/her likeness, including photographs and videotape for publicity and advertising purposes without compensation. By registering with the tour and making a deposit, registrant(s) understand and agree to abide by the terms and conditions of this agreement. Each member of your party will be required to sign a printed copy of this agreement before the tour begins. Is that fine with you?
